Spray Bottle, Bleach, Purple Acrylic paint, Blue Acrylic paint, White Acrylic paint, sponges or rags, and paintbrushes.
1) Fill a spray bottle with bleach and spray your skirt. This will create an orange-y color.
2) Mix your blue and purple paint and use your sponge to dab on your skirt.
3) Dip your paintbrush in white paint and splatter your paintbrush on the skirt. This will create the star effect.
4) Allow your skirt to dry overnight
My skirt shown below was $2 at the thrift store! It's best to find an old skirt or even do this to a shirt or pants.
