What helps to start is to grab a  pen cap and put it from the neck to the shoulder.Then you mark it all around to the chest and to the other neck.After that you cut the front where you marked it and when you finish cutting it cut the back accordingly to the front.Since you do not want it to look uneven then you are going to have to sow where you cut so it looks new and amazing.
